How to Register
If you (individual or family) are experiencing food insecurity, please connect with us for help. We exist to provide assistance to those who are hungry. We welcome all families and individuals experiencing food insecurity within the Middleton School District (MSD) to register with us (check MSD boundary lines).
Our intake process is simple and fast. To become a client and receive food from the Middleton Food Pantry, you must fill out an application in person at our location, once annually, regardless if you are a new or returning client. We require a current, government issued photo ID and proof of residence within the Middleton School District in the form of a current utility bill.
No proof of income is needed! Our focus is access, dignity, and community stability.

How We Can Help
We have the following types of food available to our clients (as available):

Frozen Meat (chicken, pork, beef, fish)

Fresh and frozen prepared food (e.g. salads, burritos, sandwiches)

Eggs

Dairy (milk, cheese, yogurt)

Bread, rolls, pastries

Fresh Produce (fruit, vegetables)

Peanut Butter

Canned soup, fruit, vegetables, beans, meat

Pasta
We occasionally have non-food hygiene items available also!
Weekly Distributions
Clients/Families may visit weekly each Saturday and Wednesday to receive fresh produce, bakery items, or other items as available.
Monthly Boxes
On their assigned Saturday, Clients/Families may pick up a box of staple food, and meat, packed according to their registered family size. During this visit they may self-shop in our store (3-bag limit) and help themselves to our fresh produce, bakery items, or other items as available.
Annual Holiday Bags
In addition to weekly visits and monthly boxes, our Client/Families can participate in our holiday season treat. Each year during the month of November leading up to the Thanksgiving holiday, the Middleton Fire Department assists us by collecting turkeys. We distribute these along with a special “holiday bag” to help our clients to prepare traditional holiday meals.
